Honestly a great experience. Was recommended by a neighbor and called Fabio that day. He got back to me within 1 business day and was at my house with an estimate the next day. I had a great experience with ITop Pavers, after telling them I have family coming in the next week, he moved around his schedule to make sure the patio was done before they got there and it was done in two days. We have been in the trades up North for over 35 years. I had real concerns coming to the Jax area and not knowing anyone. The house we bought was older and was in desperate need of a driveway expansion, pool deck and pool renovation, and new lanai. After a few interviews and bids we settled on iTop Pavers and Fabio. First, he showed up for his consultation on time, one of the few. His pricing was very reasonable and was always there to answer any question or concern we had. Every large project will have it’s share of issues, but I can honestly say, that I don’t think ours would have gotten done if it weren’t for iTop Pavers and Fabio. Any problems and Fabio was here and they were handled quickly and professionally. It all turned out fantastic and we couldn’t be happier! The pool area looks and functions superbly!
